Creditors - Electronic Payments

Our office offers Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a convenient and secure way for creditors to receive Chapter 13 disbursement payments directly into their designated bank account.

The Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee uses a 3rd party vendor to manage disbursement payments to creditors.

If you are already enrolled in EFT disbursement and need to make changes, please contact our office at 540-342-3774 for more information on how to update your account information.

Why Enroll in EFT?

  1. Receive payments faster. No waiting for a check to arrive in the mail
  2. Reduce lost or delayed payments. Electronic deposits eliminate the risk of checks being lost or misdirected.
  3. Simplify payment processing. Funds are deposited directly into your designated bank account.
  4. Reduce paper and mail handling. A more efficient way to receive recurring disbursements.

Who Can Enroll in EFT?

EFT enrollment is available to creditors only. This service is not available for debtor payments or other transactions.

How Will I Access Vouchers?

  1. Email: A PDF image of each voucher can be sent to a registered email address. We recommend using a central email address, but up to three emails can be used. Each voucher image will be sent on the day of disbursement and is password protected.
  2. 13 Network: View your vouchers on www.13Network.com using a password provided to you by the Trustee’s office.
  3. National Data Center (NDC): Enroll on www.ndc.org to access vouchers, including Excel data files.
